Barebecued Spareribs #1 Recipe

Ingredients:
1: ruth lara (fkgt17a),
5 lb: spare ribs,
2 tablespoon: vinegar,
1/2 cup: catsup,
1/4 teaspoon: salt,
2 tablespoon: brown sugar,
1/2 teaspoon: hickory smoke salt,
1/2 cup: steak sauce,
1 teaspoon: minced onion,
Directions:
NOTE: I would use salt and liquid smoke instead.
Place spareribs on rack in baking pan. Brown in a 400 degree oven for 15
minutes; turn and brown on other side for 10 ot 15 minutes. Drain fat and
put ribs in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and ccok on low 6 to 8 hours. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
