Ingredients:
1: ***robert gordon (xrxr07a)**,
1 cup: chopped onion,
3 lb: chicken, skinned, fat removed,
1 cup: water,
1/2 cup: low sodium soy sauce,
2 tablespoon: chopped fresh ginger,
2 tablespoon: sugar (or sugar substitute),
1 centiliter: garlic, chopped,

Directions:
Place 1/2 cup chopped onion in bottom of crockpot liner. Add chicken. Be
sure to remove ALL visible fat! Combine water, soy sauce, chopped ginger,
sugar (or sugar substitute), and garlic. Pour over all. Add the other 1/2
cup of chopped onion. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Makes 6
servings.
