Ingredients:
6 each: carrots, peeled, diced
2 cup: potatoes, peeled, diced
2 lb: pot roast, type beef
1: single salt, pepper,
1 cup: canned tomatoes,
1 cup: black coffee water,
Directions:
Put vegetables in cooker. Add beef, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add
tomatoes and liquids. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours or until tender.
