Steak With Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon: lemon juice,
2 tablespoon: worcestershire sauce,
2 tablespoon: molasses,
1 teaspoon: seasoned salt or creole seasoning,
1 teaspoon: seasoned pepper,
2 lb: sirloin steak,
1: mushroom sauce,
MUSHROOM SAUCE
1/4 cup: butter or margarine,
1 lb: fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoon: worcestershire sauce,
1/2 teaspoon: hot sauce,
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well; pour into a large shallow
dish. Add steak; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning once.
Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals 8 to 12 minutes
on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with
MUSHROOM SAUCE:
Melt butter in a large skillet; add remaining ingredients, and cook over
cups.
