Country-crock Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2: onions, chopped
3: carrots, sliced
2 stalks: celery, sliced
2 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,
1/2 teaspoon: basil,
1/4 teaspoon: leaf thyme,
3 tablespoon: dry parsley flakes,
1 pkg: frozen peas (10 oz.)(opt.),
1: 2-1/2 lb. whole fryer water,
1 cup: noodles,

Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot, except noodles, in order listed. Cover
and cook on LOW 8-10 hours (HIGH: 4-6 hours) One hour before serving,
remove chicken and cool slightly. Remove meat from bones and return meat to
crockpot. Add noodles. Turn to HIGH. Cover and cook 1 hour.

Yield: 4 servings
