Ingredients:
1 roast: thawed,
1: canned potatoes, several, sliced, or whole
1: several carrots,
1: green beans,
1: corn,
1: onion, sliced water
1/4 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,
3 tablespoon: butter, or margarine
1/4 cup: flour, optional

Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Add peeled potatoes, carrots, beans, corn, onion,
and butter. Add water and flour for gravy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 12 hours, HIGH for less than 6 hours.
