Mandarin-style Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: hoisin sauce,
3 tablespoon: low-salt soy sauce,
3/4 cup: ketchup,
1/4 cup: dry sherry,
1: garlic clove, crushed,
2 teaspoon: sesame oil,
1/3 cup: green onion, sliced,
1/8 teaspoon: pepper,
Directions:
1 1/2 lb Turkey breast slices,uncooked, cut into 1/4"X1/2"1" strips
12 oz Angel hair or fettucine pasta
Sesame seeds, toasted
In large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, garlic,
seasame oil, green onion and pepper. Stir in turkey strips. Pour into
crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until turkey is tender.
Spoon over cooked pasta; toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 1 serving
