3/4 lbs: Pork, lean, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp: Butter, unsalted
1 can: Beef broth, 10 1/2 oz
1 can: Soup, tomato
2 Soup can: of water,
4 cup: Cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
1: Bay leaf,
1 tbsp: Sherry,
Sour Cream,
Directions:
Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except
sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat--30 min.; stir
often. Serve with spoonsfull of sour cream. A Balkan
