Ingredients:
1 each: 9" Graham cracker crumb crus,
6 each: Egg yolks,
28 ounce: Condensed milk, Sweetened
8 ounce: Fresh squeezed lime juice,

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat the
egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in lime juice. Pour
into shell and bake for 12 minutes. Cool. Chill. Serve
with whipped cream topping. NOTE..you can make a
meringue topping for the pie using leftover egg
whites. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, gradually add
1/2 cup sugar. Top off UNCOOKED pie with meringue
mixture and bake for 15 minutes instead. (recipe from
