Kohls Carrot Cake #1 Recipe
Yield: 1 CakeRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Chopped pecans,
2 cup: Sugar,
4: Eggs,
1 1/2 cup: Wesson oil,
2 cup: Grated carrots,
1 small: Can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Sift together: Flour, baking powder, baking soda,
cinnamon & salt. Mix together: Oil, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients gradually. Add carrots, pineapple
and nuts. Pour into a greased oblong cake pan. Bake in
a 350 degree preheated oven 30-35 minutes.
Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
