2 tbsp: Brown Sugar,
2 tbsp: Ground Cumin,
2 tbsp: Chili Powder,
2 tbsp: Black Pepper,
1 tbsp: Cayenne Pepper,
1/4 cup: Paprika, hungarian
Directions:
This is the traditional rub but feel free to mix and match to meet
your own taste. A rub helps develop the crispy crust that is
essential to true barbeque. Mix all ingredients
