Barley Water Recipe

Ingredients:
3 1/2 ounce: Barley,
2 1/8 quart: Water,
1: Fig,
1: Lemon,
2 tbsp: Honey,
1 pinch: Salt,
1 can: Applejuice,
Directions:
1.Cover the barley and the fig with water and cook for 1 1/2 hour.
2.Strain through a sieve. 3.Add the honey,applejuice,salt,lemonjuice
