Yield: 1 Servings
Recipe by luhu.jp

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Pearl Barley,
2 pint: Boiling Water,
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon,
6 tbsp: Caster Sugar,

Directions:
Rinse the pearl barley, put into a jug and pour in the boiling water.
Add the lemon rind and lemon juice and sugar and stir thoroughly.
Leave to cool then strain into a clean jug or bottle before serving.
This drink will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge, but do cover it
as barley water easily picks up other flavours.
