Ingredients:
3 1/4 cup: All-purpose flour --,
Unsifted,
2 1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Unsweetened cocoa powder,
1/2 cup: Cornstarch,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,

Directions:

Sift together all ingredients. Store in tightly covered container at
cool room temperature. Stir before using.Makes 7 cups mix.
