Basic Buttermilk Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Lowfat buttermilk,
1 tbsp: White wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
2 tsp: Dijon mustard,
Salt and pepper to taste,
, about 1/4 t each
3: Green onions, thinly sliced
1: Garlic clove, minced
Directions:
Combine ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
