Beef Braised In Beer Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 1/2 lbs: Beef chuck, cubed
3 tbsp: Oil,
2 cup: Onions, sliced
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1: Bay leaf,
2 tbsp: Tomato paste,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
1 can: Beef broth,
2 cup: Beer,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in mixture. Heat oil in
Dutch oven; brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer. Cover and
bake in oven 2 hours.
