Beets In Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
16 ounce: Can beets, drained and diced
1 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Each garlic salt and pepper,
1/4 cup: Sour cream,
1 tsp: Sugar,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix.
Microwave, covered, 3-5 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir
every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2-3 minutes before serving.
