Ingredients:
1 cup: Extra Virgin olive oil,
1/2 cup: Malt vinegar,
1 large: Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp: Dijon mustard,
2 tsp: Tarragon,
1 tsp: Dillweed,
Salt & pepper,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a salad bottle. Shake well. If keeping in
the fridge, remember to warm up to room temperature about an hour
before serving.
