Memphis Style Dry Marinade For Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Paprika, Hungarian, mild
2 tsp: Seasoned Salt,
2 tsp: Black Pepper, freshly ground
2 tsp: Garlic Powder,
1 tsp: Cayenne, not too hot
1 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Dry Mustard, S&B Sunbird
1/2 tsp: Chili Powder, or more
1 tsp: Thyme,
1 tsp: Coriander,
2 tsp: Green Peppercorns, dried
1 tsp: Allspice, Jamaican powdered
Directions:
: Grind ingredients until fine and combine well. Hand rub this
dry marinade on washed and dried spareribs several hours up to
several days before smoking or cooking.
