Mexicalli Radiatore Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Radiatore pasta,
1 lbs: Ground beef,
1 1/4 ounce: Taco seasoning mix,
1 1/4 cup: Water,
10 3/4 ounce: Tomato soup,
2 cup: Mozarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute ground beef in large
skillet, drain fat, stir in taco seasoning, water and tomato soup.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in pasta and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Place
mixture in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in
350 deg f oven. Serves four.
