1 cup: Wax beans,
1 cup: Kidney beans, washed and dr
Sauce:,
2 each: Garlic,
1 cup: Wine vinegar,
1/4 cup: Tarragon vinegar,
1 cup: Wesson oil,
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1 1/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Italian seasoning, dry
1 tsp: Celery seed,
Directions:
Layer in a glass bowl: in between layers place thinly sliced Bermuda
or white onion slices. Blend on medium until thick, cover beans with
sauce and refrigerate for best results before serving.
