1 1/4 cup: All purpose flour,
1 cup: Shredded wheat bran cereal,
2 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1: Egg, beaten
3/4 cup: Skim milk,
1/4 cup: Dark molasses,
3 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
Vegetable Cooking Spray,
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of
mixture. Combine egg, milk, molasses, and oil; add quickly to
dryingredients, stirring until moistened. Spoon into muffin pans
coated with cooking spray, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for
20 minutes. 120 calories per muffin
