Bran Muffins (lacto) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Stoneground wholemeal SR,
Flour,
1/2 cup: Non-fat youghurt, sugar
Free,
1/4 cup: Unprocessed bran,
1 cup: Natural sultanas or raisins,
1/4 cup: Skim milk powder,
1: Egg white or substitute,
1/2 cup: Unsweetened apple or grape,
Juice,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the
mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick
muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15
to 20 minutes until brown.
