2 lbs: Lean ground beef to 2 1/2 lb,
1 medium: Onion, shopped
1 medium: Grn bell pepper, chopped
30 ounce: Tomato sauce,
2 tbsp: Light or dark brown sugar,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
6: To 8 sandwich or hamburger buns, split

drain off the excess liquid. Add the remaining ingredients except the
