2 lbs: Fresh mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup: Italian dressing,
2 tsp: Minced garlic,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,

until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately or cover and
chill until ready to use hot or cold. NOTE: Serve as a topping for
hamburgers, over mixed greens, or fresh sliced tomatoes. Its great,
too, on toasted bread, topped with shredded cheese.
