Buddys Play Dough Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Water,
1/2 cup: Salt,
1 tbsp: Oil,
2 tsp: Cream of tartar,
4: dr Food coloring,

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, over low heat. cook until dough
pulls from sides of pan. Knead by hand until dough is smooth in
texture. Store in tightly closed container.
