Ingredients:
1 lbs: Sirloin Steak, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp: Sesame Oil,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Cooking Sherry,
1/3 cup: Soy Sauce,
1 tsp: Pepper,
1 large: Onion,
2 Cloves: Garlic,
Rice for 4,
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips no longer than 2 inches. Mix all
ingredients (except rice) with the meat. Let marinate 1 hour room
temp. or 2 hours in the refrigerator. Broil until cooked to your
liking. Serve over rice.
