Bulgogi (marinated Sirloin Steak) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Sirloin Steak, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp: Sesame Oil,
2 tbsp: Cooking Sherry,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/3 cup: Soy Sauce,
1 large: Onion,
2: Or 3 Cloves Garlic,
1 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the
steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours
refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.

It says it makes 4 servings, but its never enough for us. I always
double it.
