Buttermilk Fruit Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Buttermilk,
1/2 cup: Frozen fruit,
1 tsp: Vanilla or fruit flavoring,
1: Sugar or sweetener to taste,

Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender. Cut fruit into chunks, mix
thoroughly. Pour and serve. Works well with strawberry, peaches,
pineapple, blueberry, etc.
