One pound loaf,
1 cup: Buttermilk,
4 tbsp: Butter,
3 tbsp: Molasses,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Oatmeal,
2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
One/1/2 pound Loaf,
1 1/3 cup: Buttermilk,
5 tbsp: Butter,
4 tbsp: Molasses,
2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/3 cup: Oatmeal,
2 2/3 cup: Bread flour,
2 1/2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
Bake according to manufacturers instructions.

This recipe orginally posted by Apple had the following notes: Appled
used buttermilk powder and it turned out fine. She also used a
Welbilt 100 (R2D2) and used the Sweet Bread cycle on the lightest
setting.
