Buttermilk Salad Dressing (06/09/93) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Buttermilk,
1/2 cup: Light, (calorie-reduced) lowfat mayonnaise
3 tbsp: Minced fresh parsley,
3 tbsp: Chopped chives,
1 Clove: garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Minced fresh, (or 1 ts dried) tarragon
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Dash of Worcestershire sauce,
Salt, coarse pepper, to taste

Directions:
Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving
time. Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad. Yield: Makes about 1 cup
dressing, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
