Buttermilk Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Buttermilk, made from skim milk
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt, (omit for low sodium di
1/2 tsp: Dried parsley flakes,
1/4 cup: Finely cut green onions,

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, preferably in a blender at low speed
for 30 seconds. Put into a pint jar, cover tightly, and store in the
refrigerator for a few hours before using. Values per serving: CHO 3
gm., PRO 2 gm., FAT 0, Calories 18, Sodium 160 mg. with salt. Food
Exchange per serving: Up to 3 TBSP may be considered "free." 1
serving=3 TBSP.
