Ingredients:

FOR BEEF, POULTRY, & PORK
3 tbsp: Mild ground chiles, =OR=- chili powder
1 tsp: Hungarian hot paprika,
Pinch of coriander,
2 tbsp: -=OR=- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes anout 1/3
