Nicks Sugar Cookies Recipe
Yield: 5 Dozen +/-Recipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Shortening,
2: Eggs,
2 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
1/4 tsp: Cream of tartar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls. Flatten with a glass
bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes on an ungreased
cookie sheet.
