No-bake Fresh Fruit Tart Recipe

8 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp: Orange rind, grated
2 tbsp: Orange juice,
1/2 cup: Sugar, confectioners
1: Crust, crumb 8"
6: Crumb tart shells,
2 cup: Fresh fruit, such as Fresh whole berries Seedless green grapes Pitted sweet cherries Sliced peaches Nectarines Plums; etc.
Directions:
Beat cheese, rind, juice, and sugar together until fluffy. Fill pie
crust o tart shells with cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly. Top with
fruit. Add 1 tablesppon lemon juice to peaches or nectarines to
prevent discoloration. S more sugar generously over fruit.
