North Carolina Cornmeal Crisps Recipe

1 1/4 cup: Boiling water,
2 tbsp: Lard, melted
1/2 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by T onto a
lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or
until edges are browned.
