Cantonese Style Grilled Leg Of Lamb Recipe

3 lbs: Leg of lamb, trimmed of all
1/2 cup: Hoisin sauce,
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
2 tbsp: Ketchup,
2 tbsp: Honey,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tsp: Chinese chili paste,
1 tsp: Black pepper, freshly ground
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Ginger root, minced
