1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Light brown sugar,
1 Small: white onion, minced

1/8 tsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1/4 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
