Cappuccino Truffles Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Instant coffee,
2 tbsp: Orange juice,
2 tbsp: Brandy flavoring,
7 ounce: Marshmallow creme,
3 cup: Crushed chocolate wafers,
1 cup: Chopped pecans,
2 tbsp: Orange peel,
2 tbsp: Cocoa,
2 tbsp: Confectioners sugar,
Coconut to coat,

Directions:
Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings. Gradually add to
marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into
1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioners
sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Makes about 5 dozen.
