Caramel Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Sweet cream or Half & Half,
1 tbsp: Butter,
6 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Confectioners sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Mix cream, butter, brown sugar and salt and place over low heat. Stir
until sugar is dissolved. Do not let boil! Remove from heat. Stir in
confectioners sugar and vanilla. Stir until cool enough to spread on
a 9" cake.
