6 tbsp: dried minced onion,
2 tbsp: allspice,
1 tbsp: dried ground chipotle,
2 tbsp: Hungarian paprika,
2 tbsp: brown sugar,
4 1/2 tsp: fresh thyme, minced
4 1/2 tsp: cinnamon,
1 1/2 tsp: nutmeg,
1/2 tsp: ground habanera,
2: lemons, zest

Directions:

In a bowl combine all ingredients.
