Catfish Mexican Style Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Catfish fillets,
16 ounce: Picante sauce,
6: Monterey jack cheese grated,
Directions:
Place 4 catfish fillets in a microwave dish. Cover leaving a vent.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes rotating dish occasionally. Uncover
and sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave uncovered for 30 seconds
or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
