Cheeese Filling For Nut & Poppy Seed Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Cottage cheese, scant lb.
3: Egg yolks,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
Lemon flavoring,

Directions:
Put cheese thru sieve and add rest of ingredients and blend well.
Prepare dough for Nut & Poppyseed Rolls (#164). Cut dough into
squares and press into bottoms of cupcake tins. Fill each cake with a
little cheese and fold over corners of dough toward the center of the
cake Bake at 350 F. until brown.
