Chess Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: SUGAR,
1/2 cup: BUTTER,
1 tbsp: PLAIN CORN MEAL,
3 each: LARGE EGGS,
1 tsp: VANILLA,
1 tsp: VINEGAR,
5 tbsp: LIGHT CREAM,
1 each: UNBAKED 9 INCH PIE SHELL,
Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs together well and add,
remaining ingredients. Fold egg mixture into butter/sugar,
mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10,
minutes and then lower the heat to 325 degrees F and bake for an,
additional 25 minutes or until set.,

1 9" pie shell,unbaked
4 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter, softened
1 tb Vinegar
1 tb Cornmeal
1 tb Flour
1 ts Vanilla

Combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl;beat on high speed 3 to 5
minutes or until very well mixed.Pour into pastry shell. Bake @ 350
degrees 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm.Cool before
serving.
