Chick Pea & Basmati Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Cooked chick peas,
1 cup: Cooked basmati rice,
1/2 each: Red bell pepper, diced
1/2 each: Green bell pepper, diced
1/2 each: Yellow bell pepper, diced
4 each: Scallions, sliced
Salt to taste -------VINAIGRETTE---------,
2 tsp: Toasted sesame seeds,
1 tsp: Sesame oil,
1/4 tsp: Cumin,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,

Directions:

Toss together chick peas, rice, bell peppers, scallions in a large
bowl. Whisk together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. toss
with salad & season to taste.
