Chicken & Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Cornbread mix,
1: Dozen raw eggs,
Chopped onion to taste,
Salt & pepper to taste,
Celery to taste,
6 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
3 tsp: Sage,
2: Chickens cooked & deboned,
Directions:
Bake cornbread mix according to pk directions. Cool. Crumble up
cornbread, add eggs, chopped onion & celery to taste, salt & pepper
to taste. Add poultry seasoning & sage. Add chicken & pour 1/2 of
chicken broth over cornbread mixture. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees
for 3 hours.
