Pesto 2 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Packed fresh basil leaves,
2: Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup: Pine nuts,
1 1/4 cup: Extra-virgin olive oil,
1/2 cup: Parmesan cheese,
1/2 cup: Romano cheese,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Place basil and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree. Add
oil and mix thoroughly, then blend in parmesan and romano cheeses.
Fold in pine nuts with a spatula.
