Philly Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed
1/3 cup: Milk,
1 ounce: Unsweetened Chocolate Squares,
2 cup: Sifted powdered sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, milk and chocolate; stir over low heat until
smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears, ice
cream or cake.
Note this sauce can be refrigerated and then reheated.
