Chocolate Mint Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
18: Chocolate sandwich cookies,
Finely crushed,
3 tbsp: Butter, melted
1 quart: Mint chocolate chip ice,
Cream, softened
1 cup: Whipped cream,
8: Chocolate covered mint candy,
Directions:
Mix together cookie crumbs and butter: Press into 9" pie plate to make
crust. Freeze 1 hour. Spread Ice Cream iun an even layer. Freeze 8
hours. Spoon whipped cream over top: Garnish with candies. Serve
Immediately.
