Pineapple Breakfast Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
20 ounce: Pineapple Chunks *,
1 medium: Banana, Cut Into Chunks
1 1/2 cup: Skim Milk,
1/4 tsp: Vanilla Extract,
Directions:
* Pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice.

~----------------- Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Measure
1/2 cup pineapple chunks and save the remainder for another use.
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth.
